The Horde is symbolised by the Biological Hazard symbol, describing their presence as being an unquestionable and horrendous threat to any living creature. They are the populace of 'zombies' that infest and dwell throughout the city, having no purpose but to feast on other living organisms. Any individual bitten or showing symptoms of the disease are immediately considered one of the Horde, and are to be eliminated. The Horde are generally purposeless in their existence, roaming aimlessly and in sole quest for flesh to eat. However, at times they may gather, travelling together in a large, formidable group in what humans call a 'movement'. Zombies do not disperse from movements and will remain in one as the entire group roams for food in unison. Zombies on their own are quite easy to slay given one has a weapon, but facing a movement often requires many humans to band up in the attempt to break the group down. The Horde is not to be taken lightly, and remain as humanity's greatest threat as of current. They, without doubt, must be eliminated if the world is to be rebuilt.
